Hybrid Training

Hybrid Training is the perfect option if you want the structure and accountability of coaching while training on your own schedule.

You’ll receive a a 1 month fully customized training program through my coaching app, then complete your workouts at my gym during the hours I’m coaching other clients. You’ll need your own gym membership, but while I’m not able to coach you 1:1 during those times, I’m there with a bird’s-eye view of the gym. Typically 6am-1pm Monday through Friday and Monday at 5-7PM.

As I move between clients and have breaks in my schedule, I’ll check in on your technique, provide form corrections, answer questions, and make sure you’re getting the most out of every workout. If you have questions about an exercise, your program, or anything in the app, you can simply come ask me. 

One of the biggest advantages of Hybrid Training is accountability. I know when you’re showing up, I will shout a big WHAT UP! And BYE! Everyday that I see you! I can see you putting in the work, and I can help keep you focused. If I catch you cutting a set short, taking too long between exercises, or leaning on the StairMaster instead of working, expect me to call you out and keep you moving.

Your personalized coaching doesn’t stop in the gym. Through the app, you’ll receive customized workouts, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, program updates, and ongoing support to keep you moving toward your goals.

Hybrid Training is the closest experience to having me coaching you in person it will even feel like your part of the group workouts! every workout, while offering exceptional value and the flexibility to train on your own schedule.
